Kailey Granger Wins Patriot League Women's Runner of the Week 9/8/2026 2:01:00 PM | Women's Cross Country LEWISBURG, Pa.- Kailey Granger entered her senior cross country year healthy after an injury prematurely ended her junior track & field campaign. Her return to competition saw the Bison captain tie teammate Kerry O'Day for first at the Bucknell-Lafayette Dual. The placement earned Granger Patriot League Women's Runner of the Week, as announced Tuesday afternoon by the conference office.

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Bucknell women's tennis is opening its fall season by hosting the Bucknell Tournament on the Varsity Tennis Courts on Saturday, Sep. 12 and Sunday, Sep. 13. The Bison enter the fall season with eight returners and two freshmen. Seniors Tori Allen and Jaycie Mair are serving as the team captains for the 2026-27 season. Tammy Cecchini returns as the Bison head coach for her eighth season.

LEWISBURG, Pa.- Bucknell men's golfer Charlie Barrickman won the Alex Lagowitz Memorial Tournament and Bucknell field hockey defender Julia Corropolese directed the Bison to a 2-0 record this past weekend. Barrickman compiled three straight under-par rounds at Colgate's Seven Oaks Golf Club on his way to a two-shot victory at the Alex Lagowitz Memorial.

LEWISBURG, Pa.- Bucknell field hockey is off to its best start (4-0) since 1984 and goalkeeper Sarah Althouse and forward Bella Notaro have been the horsepower for the Bison's historic beginning. The Patriot League voters recognized the duo's performances in Bucknell's 2-0 weekend by naming Althouse as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week and Notaro as Patriot League Forward of the Week, as announced Monday afternoon by the conference office.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Bucknell women's golf fired a record-setting 287 in the second round of the Nittany Lion Invitational as the Bison sit in 10th place after the first two rounds on Monday. As a team, the Bison went under par in a round for the first time in school history. Bucknell's 287 set by Joelle Johnson, Katherine Vice, Sophia Bardunias and Mattea Issa in the second round is the best round counting four scores in program history, the previous best was a 292 back in 2023.
