I've finally discovered the reason tupperware was created.. concrete planters! ok I jest, but seriously those little plastic containers seem to be multiplying in my cupboards...

this DIY combines two of my favourite habits- writing lists and making labels! since the arrival of my dymo i've pretty much labelled anything i can get my mitts on.. boxes, notebooks, even my tea collection (...you name it i've stuck a label on it.) i was cleaning up my craft cupboard when i found an old roll of magnetic tape and bam.. retro label maker magnets became my new thing! fancy getting involved too? read on..

the dresses at little mistress are unbelievably pretty so when they asked if I'd like to hold a giveaway so one of you could win a slinky little number I said yes.. some decisions are just too easy! You may remember I wore one of their bodycon midi's in a post recently but they have oodles of curve hugging, lace skimming & sequin lovin' dresses on offer (perfect night out attire) I've picked out a few of my faves pictured here...

valentines is like marmite, I love it but some people hate it! even when I was single I used to buy cards for my friends- why should we miss out right? I love any excuse to buy silly gifts and go out for dinner so hell if there's a designated day I'll go with it! I'm not the most soppy person, last year james and I were glued to netflix as the new series of house of cards landed on the 14th..

well I've finally got round to sharing my giveaway (about time!) I wanted to organise one when I reached 800 followers (BIG thank you!!) but I decided to wait as I thought it would be nice to buy some things when I was in NYC and make it a bit more special.

summer is definitely the time to get a little fruity with your nails right? I painted this nail art at the weekend and I thought I'd put together a little tutorial in case you fancied trying your hand at some watermelon slices too.. first up paint a nice white base coat, I've used models own coconut cream as my base here.

I spotted these h&m ones whilst out shopping recently so snapped them up! they're ridiculously comfortable and I couldn't help but pair them with a breton top for the world's easiest chung-esque combo.
