Each of the four units set aside in the housing lottery are intended for those earning 80% of the area median income and with an asset limit of $135,680. Two of the units set aside in the housing lottery are studios. The monthly rent for these units is $2,000.

Montefiore Medical Center, NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln and NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi have completed the city’s Doula-Friendly Hospital Program, becoming three of six hospitals citywide to receive the program’s first certificates, according to the Mayor’s Office. St. Barnabas Hospital is also participating in the program and is among the hospitals working toward completion.
