Best known to many for his iconic role as Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump, Sinise visited Kimbolton School, and the local area, while tracing the story of his uncle, who was stationed at RAF Kimbolton.

The Waterfront at Grafham Water, previously known as the visitor centre, has undergone an extensive refurb, now boasting a soft play area and revamped cafe. The cafe will be serving up an enticing menu of delicious bites along with barista-style coffee, all available while the children happily wile away the hours in the air-conditioned indoor play zone, built with specialist input from House of Play.
