The FDA has granted fast track designation to ERAS-0015, an oral pan-RAS molecular glue, for the treatment of patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, according to a news release from the developer, Erasca, Inc.1 “Receiving [fast track designation] is an important milestone for ERAS-0015 and reflects the urgent need for new therapies for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer,” stated Jonathan E.

Coordinating care for patients with brain metastases typically requires input from multiple specialties, including neurosurgery, neuroradiology, radiation oncology, and medical oncology, yet integrating that input consistently into treatment decisions remains a practical challenge across institutions.

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) in Japan has approved sevabertinib (Hyrnuo) for the treatment of patients with HER2 mutation–positive unresectable advanced or recurrent non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), according to a news release from Bayer.¹ Sevabertinib is the first approved targeted therapy in Japan for this indication that can be used in any line of therapy, including as a first-line treatment.
