The new 242-room all-inclusive is Lopesan’s family-focused resort in Punta Cana, with eight restaurants, 10 bars and access to a much larger entertainment complex. Lopesan Splash Cove Resort, Spa & Casino is now open in Punta Cana, giving families a new all-inclusive centered on water attractions, recreation and a remarkably broad collection of places to eat and drink.

The new Mondrian Cancun is now open, bringing the lifestyle brand’s colorful, design-forward approach to an all-inclusive resort in the heart of the Hotel Zone. The 400-room resort sits between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon, giving guests a waterfront setting on both sides of the property. It is the latest major addition to Cancun, where an unusually busy year of openings is reshaping the destination’s hotel landscape.

Royalton Hotels & Resorts has officially reopened its complete Jamaica portfolio, bringing five all-inclusive resorts back into operation across Negril and Montego Bay. Royalton Negril, Royalton Hideaway Negril and Grand Lido Negril are now open on Jamaica’s west coast. Royalton Blue Waters and Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters have also resumed operations in the Montego Bay area.

Silversea is reorganizing its suite collection, creating four new accommodation categories and adding an expanded package of benefits for guests reserving its largest suites. The luxury cruise line’s 17 suite types will now be grouped into Oceanview, Veranda, Residence and Villa categories. The new structure takes effect for voyages departing on or after Jan. 1, 2027.

Grand Hyatt is making its all-inclusive debut in Cancun. The new Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort is set to open Dec. 10, 2026, bringing a 500-room oceanfront resort to Puerto Cancun, the gated marina community between downtown Cancun and the Hotel Zone.
