Nevada’s Credit Unions is pleased to present its 2025 End of Session Report, an overview of outcomes and engagement throughout the state’s 120-day session. The 2025 Nevada Legislative Session, which concluded on June 3, saw 1,164 bills introduced and 606 passed. Nevada’s Credit Unions diligently monitored and engaged with legislation impacting financial literacy, coerced debt, medical debt, elder financial abuse, general banking, fintech, and artificial intelligence.
