Brooklyn Park’s Adaptive Ultimate Frisbee Clinic Appeals to All Abilities
Young athletes of all abilities in Brooklyn Park got to try out a new sport — ultimate frisbee — thanks to an adaptive camp at Todd Anderson Field. On Friday, July 10, the Minnesota Wind Chill, the local professional ultimate frisbee team, coached kids in frisbee fundamentals. The City of Brooklyn Park’s adaptive recreation department and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute helped organize the event. This is the first time they’ve hosted this type of clinic.
