Hello! This is Vasi Hirdo, the founding editor of Ceramics Now. I hope you are doing well today 👋 We are delighted to announce the release of Ceramics Now Magazine Issue 21 (July 2026), which features the work of Nancy Bowen on the cover, shown in her exhibition From A to Z and the Bodies In Between at Nunu Fine Art, New York. Working like an artist-archaeologist, Bowen combines found materials, ceramics, ornament, and archival texts to reimagine language, history, and the female body.
Open call for ceramic artists: Ceramics Now Annual
Hello! This is Vasi Hirdo, the founding editor of Ceramics Now. I hope you are doing well today 👋 Published in print and digital editions at the end of the year, Ceramics Now Annual will feature at least 20 artists selected through an international open call and will continue as a yearly editorial project. The digital edition will be free to read, giving selected artists broad international visibility.
