Until 2016, Change.org hosted sponsored campaigns, and corporations including Virgin America, and organizations such as the Humane Society, paid the site to promote their petitions. Change.org's stated mission is to "empower people everywhere to create the change they want to see." Hasbro: Use the Original G1 Transformers Voice Actors on All G1 projects
We are fans of the original 1984 Transformers series, the series that started it all! We are asking Hasbro to offer the remaining original Generation One voice actors roles on G1-based projects, when those actors are willing and available. That includes G1-style projects similar to or following Optimus Prime: Awakening, anniversary specials, games, shorts, and other projects that use G1 designs, G1 continuity, or G1 characterizations. For example, Dan Gilvezan created the voice of G1 Bumblebee.
Ohio Parole Board: Keep Lilius Landrum's Killer Behind Bars
On April 3, 1998, Tony Rahmel Smith murdered Lilius "Friggy" Landrum inside the Akron, Ohio home they shared. He decapitated her, hid her body in the basement, and fled to Columbus, where police caught him after a high-speed chase. Smith later pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 15 years to life. Lilius was an aspiring actress who had returned home to Akron to care for her ailing mother.

West Vancouver SPCA Dogs Endure 14 Hours Alone Each Day
Animals at the West Vancouver BC SPCA are left completely unattended for 14 hours every single day. Staff depart at 5:00 PM and do not return until 7:00 AM the following morning. That is 14 hours that the dogs are left in their kennels with no care or company. Many of the dogs will not soil their kennels, so they have to hold their bodily functions for over 14 hours causing extreme physical discomfort and distress.

Save the Craft and Design Courses at Edinburgh College of Art
The University of Edinburgh recently announced their decision to close three vital undergraduate courses at Edinburgh College of Art. Jewellery and Silversmithing, Textiles and Performance Costume are closing to new admissions in 2027 and will be taught out over the next four years. We call on University of Edinburgh Principal, Sir Peter Mathieson, Edinburgh College of Art Principal, Professor Juan Cruz, and Vice-Principal, Professor Sarah Prescott, to reverse these planned closures immediately.
