Who’s that? I am still trying to figure it out, hence the many books, websites, podcasts and other forms of media I have produced since 1994, when I first joined the worldwide web (Crow Enterprises at Geocities/3255), and 1999, with my first published book (The Blood Poets).
I began podcasting in 2008, as Aeolus Kephas, with Stormy Weather: News from the Front Line in the End Times. This was followed by Warty Theorems, Warts & Storms, Shooting the Ghost, and the limited series Crucial Fictions (all archived here). My most recent sites have been Auticulture.com (where I hosted The Liminalist podcast for 300 episodes), and Landmademan.com. My most recent book is called Big Mother. It is roughly my 12th book (not counting a couple I don’t bother to mention).
Of my books, my favorites are Seen & Not Seen (SANS), Prisoner of Infinity, 16 Maps of Hell, and Big Mother. An easy (short) introduction is Paper Tiger, about my famous (dead) brother, Sebastian Horsley. Source

Reverse Elvis: Ram Vs. Goats
I never dreamed that the hardest part of building a barn for our goats would be getting them to move in there. I completed the goat barn on the night of the eclipse. The roofing was delayed and arrived the night before, and I had to work the whole next day to get it done in the proverbial nick of time. The timing wasn’t exactly planned, but in Castaneda-speak, it was intended.

Whatever happened between my consciousness and those books, to this day, it remains somewhat active, as proven by how much resistance I felt while reading American Trickster.
The Sun Never Sleeps
(Old website art by Michelle Horsley) “If the sun and moon should doubt, they would at once go out.” William Blake What’s the quality, the element, that magnifies our sense of relaxation? This seems like a valuable thing to determine. For me, relaxation depends on a combination of purpose and enjoyment. Since I finished up (the next book) Crucial Fictions, for example, I am no longer reading books, because I lack a clear reason to. The purpose is gone, and the enjoyment is gone with it.
