ABC, Disney Sue FCC, Alleging 1st Amendment Violations

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Washington, D.C., challenges the FCC’s decision to accelerate reviews of the broadcast licenses held by eight ABC-owned television stations.
Philadelphia Named Finalist to Host 2028 DNC

The Democratic National Committee announced Thursday that Philadelphia, Boston and Denver remain in contention. Septa Warns Riders To Check For Major Network Changes

SEPTA will introduce the changes Sunday, Aug. 23, and Monday, Aug. 24, just as Philadelphia students return to school. The first phase includes two new bus routes, six route extensions and the elimination of seven existing routes. The changes will affect about 30 bus routes, according to SEPTA.
