The services cover more than 80 languages across in-person, online and hybrid events.
KIBO launches AI interface for commerce & order management
KIBO Commerce has launched KIBO AI, which combines commerce and order management tasks in a single artificial intelligence interface. The system is generally available to new and existing customers across KIBO's commerce and order management products. KIBO AI is the latest version of the company's agentic software. It replaces an earlier structure built around nine separate agents with what KIBO describes as a single agentic layer.
Tencent Cloud named Omdia gaming cloud leader again
Tencent Cloud has been named a Leader in Omdia's Global Cloud Platforms for Games 2026 report for the second consecutive year. Omdia also gave Tencent Cloud its highest rating, Advanced, in four areas: game servers, multiplayer services, AI and machine learning, and live operations. The assessment highlights the company's position in gaming infrastructure and the growing role of artificial intelligence in the tools it sells to game developers.
Scoot uses Qualtrics AI to cut feedback analysis time
Scoot is using artificial intelligence tools from Qualtrics to speed up its response to customer feedback, cutting analysis time from hours to minutes. The low-cost carrier, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, has used the system to improve its digital booking journey, including its website, app, Manage My Booking pages and member login process. Scoot has worked with Qualtrics since 2018.
Adobe launches ChatGPT plugin to link its creative tools
Adobe has launched a ChatGPT plugin that combines its creative and productivity services in a single tool. The plugin gives ChatGPT users access to more than 70 tools from Adobe's software portfolio, including Photoshop, Firefly, Adobe Express, Premiere, Acrobat, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Stock. Instead of requiring users to switch between separate connectors, it brings Adobe's existing ChatGPT integrations into one product.
Broadcom adds AI security tools to VMware private cloud
Broadcom has introduced updates to VMware vDefend and VMware Avi Load Balancer, adding new security and operations features for private cloud environments built on VMware Cloud Foundation. The release adds threat prevention, malware analysis, API security, migration from older firewall products, and an embedded AI assistant for operations teams.
OpenAI widens free ChatGPT access with GPT-5.6 update
OpenAI has updated ChatGPT with changes to its GPT-5.6 Sol model and broader access to GPT-5.6 Luna for free users. The update reaches paid users first and extends unlimited text chats to free users. For Plus and Pro subscribers, GPT-5.6 Sol in ChatGPT now delivers more reliable factual answers and more focused responses. OpenAI has also added a slider on web, mobile, and desktop that lets users choose how much processing time the chatbot gives a reply.
Cvent says APAC events now use AI in everyday work
Cvent gathered more than 500 event, marketing and hospitality professionals at its fifth Accelerate Singapore conference, where it argued that event technology in Asia-Pacific is moving beyond debate over artificial intelligence to everyday use. Held at Fairmont Singapore, the event focused on how organisers are applying AI in planning, venue sourcing, marketing and measurement, with discussions centred on linking event activity to business results across marketing, sales and customer success.
Cloudflare launches dashboard to track AI mentions
Cloudflare has launched an AEO Visibility Dashboard for website owners as part of its Answer Engine Optimisation suite. The dashboard is designed to show whether AI assistants recommend a business when users ask relevant questions, addressing a gap for brands trying to measure their visibility in AI-generated answers. It sits alongside Cloudflare's existing Agent Readiness tool, which checks whether AI systems can find and read a website.
Bitget signs pact with Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City
Bitget has signed a cooperation agreement with the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority in Bhutan, marking the exchange's biggest announced arrangement so far in the Himalayan special economic zone. Under the agreement, Bitget will explore establishing a legal presence in Gelephu Mindfulness City and preparing an application for a Financial Services Licence under the area's regulatory framework.
