WorkJam adds autonomous AI tools for frontline retail
WorkJam has added autonomous artificial intelligence tools to its frontline operations platform. The new features are available now. The update adds an AI layer to WorkJam's software for task management, communications, learning and shift management, used by retailers including TJX, Ulta Beauty, Marks & Spencer and Shell. The system can assign work, shift priorities as conditions change and confirm when tasks have been completed.
Exacta revenue jumps as Bristol maker nears GBP £40m
Exacta Group has reported first-half revenue of GBP £22.2 million, close to the group's full-year revenue of GBP £22.3 million last year. The Bristol technology manufacturer has also secured GBP £17.5 million in its second-half order book, taking revenue delivered or contracted for the year to nearly GBP £40 million. That leaves the business on course to almost double in size year on year. The trading update was accompanied by a senior appointment at Exacta Technologies.

It supports more than 25 languages and is designed to help users track skin changes over time rather than rely on one-off assessments.

SuperAwesome has launched Creator Aware, a global wellbeing framework for creators in its network. The programme combines support for creators with safeguards for young audiences. It includes mental health support delivered with Self Space, updated welfare commitments, guidance on positive content, existing disclosure and content standards, and a new payment arrangement for creators under 18.
UK fans struggle to spot AI sports sites, survey finds Original
DoubleVerify has published research with YouGov showing that fewer than half of UK consumers feel confident identifying AI-generated content online. It also said it had uncovered a network of AI-generated sports websites targeting UK football fans. The survey of 2,000 UK consumers found that 41% felt confident spotting AI-generated content, while 92% said its rise was making it harder to trust information online.
DevRev launches Enterprise-Bench for enterprise AI agents
DevRev has launched Enterprise-Bench, an open benchmark for testing AI agents in enterprise environments. The framework is designed to provide a neutral standard for assessing production use. The benchmark compares AI systems on accuracy, efficiency and safety in conditions that reflect fragmented data, siloed systems and permission boundaries inside large organisations. In the first published tests, DevRev said its own product, Computer, outperformed Anthropic's Claude Code.
O2 extends USA roaming for England fans in tournament
O2 has extended its USA roaming benefit for eligible pay monthly customers for the rest of England's tournament run. The move applies until midnight on 20 July Pacific Time. Eligible pay monthly Classic Plan customers travelling in the United States can use mobile data, calls and texts and receive a credit for the cost of a roaming bolt-on bought during the offer period. Customers on Volt, Plus Plan and Ultimate Plan tariffs are also covered under the wider roaming arrangement.
Khova launches platform for retail & hospitality sites Original
Khova has launched a performance platform for multi-location retail and hospitality businesses, designed to help frontline teams work more consistently across sites. The Amsterdam-based company says the platform brings operational data into a single system and turns it into daily action plans for individual locations. It is aimed at retailers and hospitality groups running multiple sites that want store or venue managers to act on live information before the trading day begins.
