By profession, he is a maintenance control planner, a role built on precision, foresight, and keeping complex systems running without fail. He is also the founder of LDA Media Company LLC, where he works as an author, speaker, and podcaster. What ties it all together is one concern: how a person builds real influence without losing himself along the way.

Dr. Wendy Ellis Jones didn’t grow up expecting to become what she now calls “The NIL Doctor.” She grew up on the south side of Chicago with a singular escape route: running. As a skinny kid with big dreams, she found that speed could transport her beyond what anyone thought was possible. Winning four 400-meter conference championships and earning nine All-American honors, she secured her place in the Athletics Hall of Fame.

CAROLINA ISERN Caroline Isern is a Community Outreach and Engagement Leader at Truist with a dynamic background in banking, multicultural lending, and community development. With leadership experience spanning large financial institutions like Bank of America, one of the nation’s largest independent mortgage lenders, and multicultural initiatives at Rocket Mortgage, Caroline has dedicated her career to expanding access to homeownership and financial empowerment for underserved communities.
