The Columbian-Progress has been serving the Marion County community since 1882. Our newspaper's goal has always been to provide the highest quality local news and sports coverage and the most effective advertising options for businesses in our area. The Columbian-Progress is published on Thursday every week and is filled with local content that cannot be found anywhere else. The C-P has a long history of doing award-winning work, including earning six General Excellence awards as the top overall newspaper of its size in the state.
