Commonwealth Secretary-General to make first official visit to Pakistan
The Rt Hon Patricia Scotland KC, the Commonwealth Secretary-General, will pay her first official visit to Pakistan from 28 July to 2 August 2024 on the invitation of the Government of Pakistan. During her five-day visit, Secretary-General Scotland will meet with Pakistan’s leadership, members of the cabinet, youth leaders, civil society representatives and other stakeholders.

Commonwealth Secretary-General to strengthen ties with Togo on maiden visit
The Commonwealth Secretary-General, the Rt Hon Patricia Scotland, KC, will make her first official visit to Togo, one of the organisation’s newest members, next week. During her two-day visit, beginning on 15 July, Secretary-General Scotland will meet with President Faure Gnassingbé, Prime Minister Victoire Tomegah Dogbé, and members of the National Assembly, to understand Togo’s priorities, strengthen relationships, and explore areas of mutual cooperation.
