Nov. 16, 1970 – Aug. 28, 2026 NORTH GRAFTON - Christopher B. Jones, 55, of North Grafton, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at his home on August 28, 2026. Chris was born in New London, Connecticut, and grew up in Groton, the son of Kenneth C. Jones Jr. and Julie Bart Jones. He was a graduate of St. Bernard High School in Uncasville, Connecticut, where he played baseball as a pitcher.

Dec. 30, 1974 – Aug. 24, 2026 WORCESTER - Dana Jeffrey Hazel, 51, of Worcester died on August 24, 2026. Born in Newton, December 30, 1974, the son of the late David Hazel and Carol (Stoltz) Zullo. Dana was raised in Westboro, Massachusetts, graduated from Westboro High School and had lived in Worcester. Dana was a skilled professional painter and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed gardening, bird watching, fishing, history and following Boston sports teams.

Jan. 2, 1937 - Aug. 29, 2026 WESTBOROUGH - Joseph E. Geshwiler, 89, an Atlanta newspaper writer and editor from 1979 to 2004, died at his Westborough, MA home of respiratory failure. His memorial Mass at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta, GA will be on Saturday, October 3rd at 1:00 PM.

Dec. 30, 1954 – Aug. 16, 2026 NEWPORT, NH - John Bardsley, beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, scientist, horticulturist, musician, foodie, and friend passed away on August 16 at the age of 71. His loving wife of 51 years, Mary, was at his side as were his treasured pets. He was born in Marlboro, Massachusetts, the third child of Sherwin (Deke) and Pauline (Polly) Bardsley. Growing up in Westborough in the fifties, John loved being outdoors, especially in his backyard “Hush Hush Forest”.

June 20, 1935 – Sept. 3, 2026 GRAFTON - Janet I. (Lamarche) Isabelle passed away peacefully Thursday September 3, 2026 at Countryside Nursing Home after a brief illness. Janet was 91 years young, born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Leon F. Lamarche and Irene (Duquette) Lamarche. Janet grew up in Paxton and graduated from Fanning Trade High School in 1956. In June of 1958 she married Roger Isabelle and they made their permanent home in Grafton in 1971.
