The company will convert the building into a printed circuit board assembly manufacturing operation. The project is expected to create approximately 900 jobs at full production. Manufacturing operations are scheduled to begin in August 2026. The facility will incorporate AI-enabled robotics and automated production technologies.

Tutor Perini Building Corp. has been selected for a $140 million renovation and expansion project at Choctaw Casino & Resort in Pocola, Oklahoma. The work includes upgrades to the existing hotel, casino and entertainment areas, along with construction of a new seven-story hotel tower. Construction is scheduled to begin during the third quarter of 2026 following preconstruction services that started in 2025.
Jacobs Secures Three UK National Highways Contracts for Road Infrastructure Programs
Jacobs has been awarded three new contracts by National Highways in the United Kingdom. The company will deliver design work for the M32 Eastville Viaduct and M5 Wynhol Viaduct. Jacobs also secured a project management role covering at least 15 highway improvement schemes. The project management framework includes an initial three-year term with options to extend to five years. The work supports asset renewal, infrastructure resilience, and long-term highway performance.
Turner Advances Meta's $50B Louisiana Data Center Expansion
Turner is continuing construction on Meta's expanded data center campus in Richland Parish, Louisiana. The project has grown to 5 GW of IT capacity across nearly 10 million square feet.
