CorvetteForum
Online/Digital
History
About a third of US households had access to the Internet in mid-1999, a time when it was considered to have become a mainstream means of communication. At the time, CorvetteForum.com already was six months old, having been established as a means for Corvette enthusiasts to keep in touch with one another in the early days of 1999. While other early Corvette sites believed subscription fees would be the way to maintain an Internet presence, the site’s founder believed a more viable approach would be to maintain a site free to users, supported by advertisers.
The premise proved valid and CorvetteForum, purchased by Internet Brands in 2007, now is the largest and most active site for Corvette enthusiasts in the world with 513,000 registered users and almost 52 million posts.
Today
CorvetteForum is a multifaceted media hub dedicated to America's Sports Car, aka the Chevrolet Corvette. With over 12M monthly page views, CorvetteForum divides its experience into two main arenas: user forums and editorial.
The forums serve as a gathering place for Corvette enthusiasts to ask technical questions, discuss the latest news, share information, and speculate about the future of their favorite brand. The conversations are the heart of the community, but the friendships formed through this mutual interest extend well beyond as our members frequently host meet-ups, charity drives, and more.
The editorial section publishes breaking news, automotive features and original content created by our award-winning staff of editors and freelance automotive journalists who represent decades of combined experience and expertise. Source

Search ArticlesI Can’t Wait to See This Wrecked, 881-Mile 2026 Corvette ZR1 Rebuilt on YouTube!
This well-optioned 2026 Corvette ZR1 didn’t make it far before smashing into something, making for a compelling future salvage auction. Even after the ZR1X came along and stole a bit of its luster, the C8 generation Corvette ZR1 remains a highly sought-after machine – and a valuable one, at that. New ZR1s continue to trade hands for big money, oftentimes exceeding sticker price by a notable margin, which makes it difficult for those who covet one but don’t have the deepest of pockets.
Top 10 Mods That Will RUIN Your Corvette
Intro Modifying a Corvette is a large part of the ownership experience. Whether it's chasing more horsepower, improving the handling, making the exhaust louder, or simply giving the car a more aggressive look. The aftermarket offers almost limitless ways to make America's sports car your own. But just because you can modify something doesn't necessarily mean you should.
Oh Behave! 1965 Corvette From ‘Austin Powers’ Heading to Auction
‘Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me’ starred this very cool, very patriotic 1965 Corvette, and now, it’s going up for grabs. The 1999 flick Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me starred Heather Graham as Felicity Shagwell, an American CIA operative who partnered with the lead character, played by Mike Myers, to travel back in time and stop the notorious Dr. Evil (also played by Myers).
The 10 Most Misunderstood Corvette Specs
Intro Corvette enthusiasts love numbers. Horsepower, torque, 0–60 mph, top speed, lateral grip, lap times. We use them to compare generations, settle arguments, and determine which Corvette deserves bragging rights. But there's a problem. Numbers don't always mean what we think they mean. Testing standards have changed. Tire technology has advanced dramatically. Transmissions have gone from relatively primitive automatics and four-speed manuals to lightning-fast dual-clutch gearboxes.
5 Corvettes That Appreciated More Than Anyone Expected (5 That Did NOT)
Intro Predicting which Corvettes will become valuable collectibles seems easy. Buy the rare one, park it in the garage, keep the mileage low, and wait for the money to roll in. Corvette history has repeatedly demonstrated that it doesn't always work that way. Which is why we always recommend that people buy the cars they love, not the ones they think will be worth more in the future. Some models that appeared destined for collector-car greatness never delivered the financial returns owners expected.
2027 Corvette Lineup Faces Odd Constraints in Latest Order Cycle
The latest 2027 Corvette order cycle brings forth some familiar constraints, but also a couple of real head-scratchers. While the C8 generation has faced its fair share of supply constraints since the latest model debuted way back in the 2020 model year, the 2027 Corvette lineup continues to deal with many of its own. With each passing order cycle, we tend to see a lot of the same order constraints – chiefly among them, carbon fiber body parts – along with the occasional surprise.
900 HP C6 Corvette Z06 Is the Ultimate Time Attack Weapon: Video
After buying this C6 Corvette Z06 on Corvette Forum, the new owner has gone buck wild working to make it faster at the track. Few cars out there in today’s (rather expensive) world can offer up the same sort of performance bang for the buck as the C6 Corvette Z06, which is precisely why that model is so popular among enthusiasts at the moment. The C6 Z06 is a fantastic track car right out of the box, but with a few mods, it can easily be transformed into a total track weapon as well.
Did Corvette Engineers Spill the Beans on Z06X and the C10 Corvette?
The future of the Corvette could hold much more for the C8 generation, and a very familiar look for the C10, if these rumors prove true. For quite some time now, the common thought has been that the C8 Corvette is on its way out, with the Grand Sport marking the last new variant in this mid-engine machine’s evolution.
10 Best Handling Corvettes of All Time (According to Science)
Intro Sure, big V8s and tire-smoking acceleration are a major part of the appeal, but Chevrolet's sports car has spent decades evolving into something that can embarrass far more expensive machinery when the road starts twisting. So, which Corvette has the most grip? Rather than relying on subjective impressions, we're letting the numbers decide.
Top 10 Corvettes with the Most Terrifying Repair Costs
HOW MUCH??? Corvettes have traditionally offered supercar performance without supercar prices. But just because you can buy one for a fraction of the cost of an exotic doesn't mean every repair comes with a Chevrolet-sized bill. Blow up the wrong Corvette engine or transmission out of warranty, and things can get expensive in a hurry. How expensive? In the case of some Corvettes, replacing both major pieces of the powertrain could potentially cost more than an entire new Corvette Stingray.
