(Riverton, WY) – After achieving their best record since 2014, the 7-2 Riverton Wolverines host a quarterfinal playoff game Friday night. RHS welcomes in 6-3 Powell for a 6:00 p.m. kickoff at Wolverine Field. Our coverage begins with a one-hour long Porter’s Tailgate show at 5:00 p.m. *Due to Wyoming High School Activities Association rules we are not allowed to stream video coverage of the game.* However, we will have audio coverage on both our YouTube channel and on the radio via 105.1 JACK-FM!

(Fremont County, WY) – The Wyoming high school football playoffs will be well represented with teams from County 10. Shoshoni, Wind River, Dubois, Lander and Riverton have all secured playoff spots. Here’s how week 8 went for local teams.
WATCH LIVE: Riverton looks to secure a home playoff game at Rawlins Friday night
(Rawlins, WY) – In the final game of the regular season, Riverton football heads to Rawlins to battle the Outlaws Friday night. Riverton has already secured a playoff spot. A win would give the Wolverines either a number 1 or a number 2 seed from the 3A East, allowing them to play the first round of the playoffs at home on November 1st. RHS fans will be scoreboard watching Douglas’ match-up with Torrington. If Torrington wins by 3 or more, and Riverton wins, the Wolverines win the 3A East.
Bryan "Beaver" St. Clair chats about upcoming game in Laramie; Fremont County memories [LISTEN]
(Fremont County, WY) – Fort Washakie’s Bryan “Beaver” St. Clair joined the County 10 Sports Podcast this week to talk all things basketball. The former Lander Tiger is entering his junior season for the College of Idaho in Caldwell, after taking a redshirt year in 2021-22. The Yotes won the NAIA National Championship during the 2022-23 season. St. Clair saw action in 23 games that year. Last season, that was increased to 26 games.
Riverton High School earns "superior" designation at State Marching Band
(Casper, WY) – For a third year in a row, the Riverton High School marching band has earned the highest award possible at the Wyoming State Marching Band contest in Casper. The Wolverine band was one of just six schools across the state to earn the designation of “superior.” Band Director Andy Peeks said there was some concern on his part this year because the criteria for the top designation became a little more difficult.

(Kinnear, WY) – It probably wouldn’t take long if you asked NFL fans to name the most famous football writer of all time, for them to say “Peter King.” King wrote for ‘Sports Illustrated’ from 1989 to 2018. He’s been named National Sportswriter of the Year three times, has authored five books and hosts a weekly podcast covering the National Football League.
