Google has launched Gemini 3.8 Live and Gemini 3.8 Live Extended Thinking, its most advanced live dialogue models to date, with a particular focus on making voice-based AI more intelligent, responsive, and capable of handling complex tasks while maintaining a natural conversation. The two new Gemini models introduce near real-time reasoning, allowing AI agents to do more than simply listen to a question and provide a spoken answer.

Razer has announced the Tartarus V2 Pro, bringing some of the company’s latest keyboard and controller technology into its dedicated one-handed gaming keypad. The new model comes with Razer Analog Optical Switches Gen-2, true 8000 Hz polling, 31 programmable controls, and a full-sized TMR thumbstick designed to avoid stick drift. Gaming keypads have always occupied an interesting space between a conventional keyboard and a controller.

PITAKA has released its latest range of iPhone 18 Pro cases, with a few main case types available depending on whether you want something extremely thin, more protective, or somewhere towards the premium end of the range. Google is opening Google Home to third-party AI agents, and this could end up being one of the most important smart-home developments we’ve seen in years. The company has started rolling out Google Home MCP, an early-access implementation of the Model Context Protocol that allows compatible AI agents to interact with devices and event history inside the Google Home ecosystem.

BOOX has introduced three new ePaper devices for 2026: the 10.3-inch Note Air6 C, compact Note Mini C and phone-sized Palma 3. All three feature a built-in front light, an octa-core processor, BOOX Super Refresh technology and Android 16. The launch gives buyers three noticeably different form factors rather than three minor variations of the same device.

CASETiFY is also preparing a separate case range for Apple’s new iPhone Duo, with a waitlist already open ahead of its arrival. With flagship smartphones becoming increasingly expensive, investing in a decent protective case makes plenty of sense if you’re planning to keep your phone for several years.

The new range of LifeStudio Series consists of the portable Epson LifeStudio Pop EF-62B and the more premium LifeStudio Flex EF-73. Both support Epson’s 4K PRO-UHD technology, Google TV, Sound by Bose and projection sizes of up to 150 inches, while also including a collection of automatic setup features that should take much of the hassle out of positioning a projector around the house. The LifeStudio Pop EF-62B is the smaller and more portable of the two.
