Welcome and thank you for allowing us to share some of the Creative COW story. Below we showcase many of our services that we offer to our Creative COW members. The COW, as it is often called, has been serving media professionals since 2001 and was the second media professionals community started by our founders. Their first effort lasted from June 22, 1995 until February of 2001. On April 11, 2001 Creative COW was born. Over the last two decades, Creative COW became the largest and most long-lasting site dedicated to serving media professionals working in post production, acquisition, and related crafts and trades. Effective Split Screening
Posted by on October 14, 2026 at 2:45 am Hey there! I wanna make clips where I have two videos side-by-side/over each other and I wanna know the most efficient way to do split screens. I’ve dabbled with the Pan/Crop tool, but it’s very fiddly to work with. Especially when it comes to panning the videos themselves. Question about masking for twin subject edits
Posted by on October 13, 2026 at 10:59 pm I’m recreating a “twin subject video”, where it looks like you appear in two different places at once within the same clip. I have made two clips where I appear on the left, and another clip is me on the right.

Mac Studio Sweet Spot for Resolve
I’m looking into upgrading my Mac Studio M1 (2022), and would appreciate advice as to which Mac Studio to get. Chip, CPU, GPU, RAM? Using Resolve, Affinity Photo2, for corporate videos, currently HD but looking to get into 4K.
