Share: SpaceXAI is suing a contractor that claims the company owes nearly $570 million for unpaid work performed at its facilities in Memphis and DeSoto County. SpaceXAI filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday, Aug. 4, against Ohio-based Darana Hybrid, Inc. Darana Hybrid has filed multiple liens alleging that SpaceXAI owes millions of dollars for work performed at Colossus I and Colossus II in Memphis and several facilities in DeSoto County, including its power plant on Stanton Road.
