Starting and ending at the Hospice, choose your challenge - 25, 50, or 75 miles - and hit the road for The Hospice of St Francis’ cycle that’s equal parts grit, fun, and feel good impact.

Enjoy a lively afternoon of music. York’s popular Shepherd Brass Band returns to Hemel Hempstead Town Centre for another uplifting live performance, stopping by on its way to perform in Hyde Park, London. Join us at the Rainbow Stage to enjoy the band’s lively sound. Listen along, sing to your favourites and perhaps even have a little dance. This free event is open to everyone - come along and be part of a wonderful afternoon of live music in the town centre.

This event is for all the family and starts at 5.30pm, which means you do not have to cook after a long working week. We have Funky Elephant Caribbean Fusion, Emilio's Lebanese, Dough with the Flow, Mad Macs, Sunshine Tacos, Bollywood Bites and The Secret Macaron with Apsley Ices. There will also be a bar. There should be something for everyone, special diets catered for. The event takes place on our Outside Classroom beside the River Gade.

The three-day festival showcases local and regional art and crafts, with entry by £2 donation and free admission for under 16s.

Meet a range of friendly dinosaurs, from adorable little dinos to towering giants, as they introduce themselves, pose for photos and bring plenty of Jurassic fun for the whole family.
