This Sentell’s Intel rep on Georgia football recruiting has the latest with 4-star Adryan Cole at Douglas County High School. He’s rated as the nation’s No. 12 S and the No. 166 overall prospect for 2027 on the 247Sports Composite. The Rivals Industry Ranking has him at No. 12 safety and No. 158 overall. The one thing we hear these days from Georgia football fans is they want to support players who want to be at Georgia. For all those folks, Adryan Cole is one of your new favorite Dawgs.

It’s evident that one of the biggest questions with the 2026 Georgia team is the wide receiver room. This seems to be a recurring issue for the Bulldogs, as ESPN’s David Hale recently pointed out. “Let’s be honest: Georgia’s receiving talent hasn’t been elite since Brock Bowers and Ladd McConkey departed after the 2023 season,” Hale said. “Yes, Zachariah Branch became a real weapon last year, but he did the bulk of his damage after the catch, and that often limited Georgia’s downfield attack.

For Georgia linebackers Raylen Wilson, Chris Cole and Justin Williams, they understand just how important giving back to the community is, as much as winning a football game on a fall Saturday at Sanford Stadium. The trio spent the afternoon hanging out with 92 grade-school children at the back-to-school event at the H.T. Edwards Boys & Girls Club in Athens on Friday. There, they talked and danced with the kids, handed out UGA-licensed backpacks, and ate pizza with them.

Georgia enters the 2026 season as one of the top contenders in the sport. But the Bulldogs are not alone in entering this season with dreams of winning a national championship this season. The Bulldogs do face three College Football Playoff teams from last season, in addition to a new nine-game conference schedule. The Bulldogs will be tested this year. And there are real areas of concern, even with a team as promising as Georgia.
