The reminder that self-care isn’t selfish, and that emotional health deserves the same attention as physical health, feels especially relevant in a world that rewards burnout far more enthusiastically than balance. That said, I didn’t agree with everything the book presented. While many of the ideas were thought-provoking, there were points where the author seemed to blur the line between correlation and causation.
