Reverse ENS Names Debut After NameWrapper
The Ethereum Name Service is more widely known by its popular web3 domain extension, .eth, as in name.eth. But what if it was in reverse like eth.name? Such a thing is possible thanks to a combination of the DNS->ENS Import contract and the ENS NameWrapper contract. For example 1. ENS-native name is photos.eth (which I don’t own). 2. DNS-native name eth.photos (which I do own). .photos is a web2 DNS TLD that anyone can purchase from a registrar like GoDaddy to make a website.
deCashed.com Becomes First DNS Domain Name to Be Wrapped By ENS NameWrapper on Mainnet
On March 28th, 2023, the official Ethereum Name Service (ENS) NameWrapper was deployed to mainnet. The NameWrapper allows any ENS name owner to turn subdomains of their name into customized tradeable 1155 NFTs. Financeguy74.eth the ENS name, for example, could turn subdomains of it like wrappedsub.financeguy74.eth into its own NFT. Although a standard user interface was not immediately available, several devs could not wait and opted to interact with the contract directly to test it out.

eBay Acquires Major NFT Marketplace KnownOrigin
eBay, the old school global e-commerce leader, has acquired KnownOrigin, a platform that gives artists a space to create original NFTs. Artists and collectors can create, buy and resell NFTs via blockchain-supported transactions through KnownOrigin. The NFT marketplace was founded in 2018 in Manchester, UK and has facilitated $7.8 million in trade volume since, according to figures by DappRadar.

NFT NYC is being held across seven different venues in Times Square with over 14,000 attendees and over 300 sponsors.
