The order allows officers to instruct anyone engaging in, or suspected of engaging in, anti-social behaviour to leave the area for up to 48 hours. Those who refuse or return within the specified time could face arrest, the force confirmed.

Ronnie Coleman, 21, Rocco Carr, 20, and Brandon Hollingworth, 27, forced their way into homes in Monyash, Bakewell, and three properties in Baslow on April 18, 2024. Emergency services were called to an address on Witney Close, Allenton, Derby, at 1:45 pm on Thursday, January 9, following reports that a man had been found with serious injuries. The incident took place on April 13, 2023, at the Woodside pub on Ashgate Road, where a dispute between the victim and the attackers quickly escalated. Jordan Basnett, 31, and David Davies, 41, were involved in the brutal assault, which began in the beer garden.
