Eric White has overseen multiple stadium projects within Arlington ISD, including the opening of Glaspie FIeld. Arlington ISD athletic director Eric White has landed a job at Arlington Baptist University, the college announced Tuesday. White will serve as ABU’s vice president of intercollegiate athletics. He recently retired from high school sports administration after over 30 years of work in public education. White has served as Arlington ISD athletic director since 2016.

Shot put After a two-month recovery from a shot put accident in May, Ponder ISD coach Blake Crutsinger is home. Crutsinger was released from the hospital Thursday and was met by friends, family and members of the Ponder ISD community. Throughout his recovery, he has received an outpouring of support on social media, with thousands offering encouragement and prayers.
