My latest brekkie obsession is this delightful porridge. I cook the quinoa with almond milk instead of water, and I make a big batch in the pressure cooker so I have always some in the fridge ready to go. You can cook it in water, too! After that, this “recipe” is super flexible.

The puppet workshop was super fun, and all the kids had a great time. Here are some of the display puppets - so freaking cool!! The cake slice is so fun to play with, and I'm obsessed with Marnie - the cutie with the hoodie. And who knew that I'm a total savant with a Frisbee? I'm as surprised as you are, but it's true. Playing after dark with a light up disc is super cool, I highly recommend it. Take bold steps towards your dreams.

Honestly, I thought the swirly grays, blacks and blues were so pretty. It was fun to watch my insides slowly shift and move with my breath and make beautiful patterns. Kind of surreal and hypnotic. I was just never able to do it. Maybe I have a balance issue? And I can't try to learn now at my advanced age, my bones are too brittle.
