Based in Warsaw, Poland, FINA was established in 2017 through the merger of the National Film Archive, which traces its history back more than 70 years, and the National Audiovisual Institute (NInA). Today, FINA preserves and promotes audiovisual heritage through digitization, restoration, and broad public access.
