Dropzone
Online/Digital
We've spent the better part of 2 decades establishing itself as the 'go-to' online source for skydiving information. In the early years, we realized that we wanted to provide users with the ultimate, all-around source for skydiving information, whether that information be in-depth safety articles or what was then to become the largest online database for dropzones around the world.
The Dropzone forums remain the largest dedicated online skydiving forum with millions of posts and over 150 000 registered users. The forums are an excellent source of information and with threads being moderated by some of the best skydivers out there, you can be sure that the content is going to be of a high standard. Our forum is separated into several sections, allowing us to present to you, the easiest possible way to find the information you're looking for. Source

The Tarring & Feathering of Lyle Murphy
If Lyle Murphy fails to post the stated video before the closure of The Dorkzone... I think we should tar & feather him. Given that NickDG has blatantly self-incriminated himself, & within his responsibility for the video in question... I Hereby Officially Nominate NickDG as the T&F Team Captain, Event Coordinator & Initial Door Knocker. Spoiler "Joking! Jokie, Joke, Joke, Joke ... I am a Jokster." -- Also, Tim Dillon. Seriously Though, Costco sells a 7lb container of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup.
Naked in the Rain on Acid
Hey fam, can someone help me out and remind me the beginning part of the quote...? It was popularized in the late 90's I believe, and was a description of why the jumper preferred freeflying over conventional FS (then RW). It started with a description of a RW big way and talked about the pressure to be in your slot and how everyone was pissed off at you if you messed it up. And then it went on to state... "Freeflying, on the other hand, is like running naked, in the rain, on acid." Thanks.

Bartack stitch pattern (PFAFF 3334)
I bought a PFAFF 3334 (42 stitch) mechanical bartacker for cheap a few months ago, I did a full-service on it and also made a custom stand/table for it. Machine is now in really good working order, but I would like to change the stitch-pattern. (I work as a CNC-machinist so for me to make a custom cam-wheel is no problem) I've read on the forums a lot, and it seems like the most common stitch on skydiving gear (especially canopy work) is the 42 stitch center start/stop.
Brush with death!
Hey yo my skydiving friends!! I am writing this because I am wanting to know if there is a slang phrase that is used for someone who has a brush with death while skydiving but ends up completely uninjured? Or for someone whom gets super lucky and has an opening that is extremely low due to malfunctions, well below hard deck. And I am being serious here please don't post things like "Dumbass"..
