It was a busy weekend in the PTSB Intermediate All County Football Championship with semi-final spots and relegation issues on the agenda across the county. Ballymun Kickhams produced the performance of the day as they booked their last-four berth when overcoming Ballyboden St Enda’s by 1-16 to 1-11 in Sancta Maria.

The finalists in the PTSB Intermediate Club Football Championship were decided in Parnell Park over the weekend after two intriguing last-four encounters across Saturday and Sunday. Of course, not only were final berths up for grabs but promotion to SFC2 was another incentive and it was Naomh Olaf and Ballyboughal who seized the moment when defeating Clann Mhuire and Man O’War respectively.

PTSB Dublin LGFA Junior A Club Championship Final St Vincent’s 2-13 Naomh Olaf 2-09 Report by Cóilín Duffy St Vincent’s withstood a determined second-half comeback from Naomh Olaf to claim a hard earned four-point victory, after an entertaining PTSB Dublin LGFA Junior A Championship final in St. Margaret’s GAA Club on Saturday.

The last four of the PTSB Dublin Senior 2 Football Championship were confirmed on Saturday evening with Fingal Ravens securing their spot with a comfortable 3-16 to 0-10 win against Naomh Barróg in Rolestown. The tone of Ravens dominance was set as Jake Pope released Brian Gleeson for their opening goal and Pope kept the home scoreboard ticking over with three points from play to put further daylight between the teams.

Geraldine P. Morans and Beann Éadair will contest this year’s PTSB Dublin Junior 1 Football Championship decider following their semi-final victories over Stars of Erin and Erin Go Bragh at O’Toole Park on Sunday afternoon. The first encounter saw Beann Éadair pull away in the second-half on their way to an ultimately comfortable 2-20 to 0-8 win against Erin go Bragh.

CUALA 0-21 BALLYBODEN ST ENDA’S 0-17 Cuala finished in a dominant fashion as they dethroned holders Ballyboden St Enda’s by four points in their thrilling PTSB Dublin Senior 1 Football Championship semi-final at Parnell Park on Sunday afternoon. The clubs met at the corresponding stage with Boden edging a cracking contest by two points but revenge was a dish best served cold for the Dalkey outfit who finished like a train to secure a well-deserved success.

PTSB Dublin LGFA Inter Club Championship Final Ballinteer St Johns 5-15 Lucan Sarsfields 1-09 Report by Cóilín Duffy Ballinteer St Johns produced a strong attacking display to claim an emphatic 18-point victory and PTSB Dublin LGFA Intermediate Championship success, with substitute Grace Dent making a spectacular impact by scoring 2-3 after her introduction in ideal conditions at St. Margarets GAA Club on Saturday. Ballinteer established control early and never surrendered it.

CASTLEKNOCK 0-26 THOMAS DAVIS 3-12 Castleknock progressed to their first PTSB Dublin Senior 1 Football Championship decider since 2-16 when accounting for Thomas Davis by five points in their thrilling last-four clash at Parnell Park on Saturday afternoon. Castleknock seemed to building a healthy lead for the interval as goalkeeper John Vahey kicked a brace of two-pointed frees but a Chris Sallier goal in added time trimmed their lead to 0-13 to 1-8 by half-time.
