Facebook Attracts Volume Sellers with New App
Facebook launched a new app for business sellers - those who sell on Facebook Marketplace (FBMP) as a side hustle, a small business, or who are generating "real income," it announced. It's counting on AI to make the new app called Seller useful and appealing to sellers. "Every month, there are 430 million items and 44 million vehicles listed on Facebook Marketplace globally," Tom Alison (head of Facebook) said in a post on Friday.
USPS Raises Package Rates for Marketplaces Sellers
eBay warned sellers on Friday that USPS was raising Ground Advantage rates the next day. “Effective Saturday, July 25, 2026, USPS is increasing Ground Advantage rates. As a result, eBay Labels rates for Ground Advantage shipments weighing 3–5 lbs. will increase by $0.10 across shipping zones 1 – 8. This is the only USPS rate update at this time.
