Oregon-based coffee chain Dutch Bros is expanding its presence in Los Angeles County with a new outpost in Lomita. The new location is expected to be built at 2270 Pacific Coast Highway, on the southeast corner of PCH and Cypress Street, according to the city of Lomita. Previously, a U.S. Bank building occupied the site, which will be demolished to accommodate the coffee shop.
