Israel-based developer of detachable fiber-to-chip connectivity solutions optimized for high-volume Co-Packaged Optics (CPO),  Teramount, is to be acquired by Molex. Teramount is known for its TeraVERSE platform, which harnesses the company’s universal photonic coupler with wafer-level self-aligning optics for a field-serviceable interface between optical fibres and silicon photonics chips. It was recently announced that it will become part of the Molex one-stop CPO solution.

DELO Industrial Adhesives has expanded its medical electronics portfolio with five new IBOA- and TPO-free adhesives. The manufacturer has adapted highly successful flagship products from its semiconductor and consumer electronics divisions for medical device applications, delivering enhanced biocompatibility features. The Eclipse Foundation announced the Open VSX Security Researcher Recognition Program, a new initiative designed to strengthen the security of the Open VSX Registry by encouraging responsible vulnerability disclosure and recognising contributions from the global security research community. NASA had selected Synopsys and EMA to verify spacesuit compatibility with the lunar environment in its Artemis program. The effort is focusing on reducing risks to extravehicular activity (EVA) systems, specifically spacesuits, caused by both triboelectrification from lunar regolith interactions, and electrical charging and electrostatic discharge (ESD) from the space plasma environment.

Nanoz, a French deeptech company specialising in the design of miniaturised and intelligent sensors, is partnering with academic institutions including Indiana University, University of Sheffield and the CNRS laboratory in Marseille to help detect diabetes and other diseases through breath analysis. Using AI and sensors no larger than 2mm, the company is developing technology that promises early, non-invasive diagnostics, with potential implications for health systems.

The innovative NI Channel Emulator System Software (CHESS) platform is based on a new software‑defined approach that enables aerospace and defence teams to validate mission‑critical RF links entirely in the lab—without the cost, risk or logistics of traditional field testing.
