Developer Newbury Companies (Powell, Ohio) has received city planning board approval to build The Beacon, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Dublin, Ohio, according to hoodline.com. The $100 million senior living campus will span 21.5 acres and be completed in phases. Phase one will comprise a 4-story building with 141 independent living and assisted living units.
