Barefoot in the Park Taproot Theatre Through June 20, 2026 Barefoot in the Park was one of the first major Broadway hits for legendary playwright Neil Simon. First produced on Broadway in the early 1960s, the show ran for almost four years.

It has beautiful music, a good story based on a classic novel, and is currently the longest running Broadway show in the history of the United States.

Ain’t Misbehavin’ Taproot Theatre Through April 25, 2026 Ain’t Misbehavin’ is the hit review of the music of Thomas “Fats” Waller. Waller was a composer/pianist from the era of the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920’s-1930’s. With many great songs. This review is currently playing at Seattle’s Taproot Theatre; a small theatre that gives off a cabaret feel.

The first national Broadway tour (in almost 50 years) of The Wiz is playing at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre. Get ready, this is an updated version with an adapted score. The storyline is as you would expect. Dorothy is living with her Aunt Em in Kansas.

It’s a comical farce that will leave the audience laughing.

The Wiz Paramount Theatre February 10-15, 2026 Get ready to Ease on Down the Road to the Emerald City. The Wiz is coming to the Paramount Theatre. This is the first revival of the hit 1974 Broadway musical. We got a chance to chat with Cal Mitchell who was in the Ensemble of the Broadway revival, and worked his way up to one of the leading roles – The Lion. Lion King, the musical Paramount Theatre Through January 04, 2026 Lion King is the smash Disney is the stage production that has pleased generations for over 30 years. Based on the full-animated feature by the same name, the musical is known for the music by Sir Elton John as much as the extraordinary, reimagining puppetry the master, Julie Taymor. The story is not the most original tale – it’s Hamlet retold in the Serengeti of Africa.

Chicago! 5th Avenue Theatre Through November 02, 2025 Come on, Babe there’s a show in town – with All That Jazz! The long-running hit musical Chicago has come back to Seattle. This satire of the corruption of criminal justice, and the idea of criminal celebrity, has opened at The 5th Avenue Theatre. The limited National Tour is a definite MUST SEE in the Seattle Theatre world. With the longevity of the show running on Broadway (and with the blockbuster movie release) the storyline is well known.
