Caterpillar’s new D11 XE electric drive dozer is designed to move more material while reducing fuel consumption and operating costs. The new dozer delivers up to 25 per cent less fuel consumed per unit of material moved and moves 5 per cent to 10 per cent more material per hour than the next generation Cat D11. The electric drivetrain has 60 per cent fewer moving parts than a mechanical drive system, helping simplify service and lower owning and operating costs over the life of the machine.

Boss Snowplow is expanding its snow and ice management lineup for the upcoming winter season with new equipment and technology. The new introductions include the MBX+ municipal spreader, AutoSpread Control technology, a redesigned VSI LiquidTech sprayers and new heavy equipment-specific couplers for loader and backhoe box plows.
