ENDICOTT —The Norwich Little League 12U All-Stars put together an outstanding tournament run, earning a second-place finish in the Union-Endicott Little League 12U All-Star Tournament after battling through a talented 12-team field. The tournament featured 12 teams divided into Gold and Silver brackets, with Norwich competing in the highly competitive Gold Bracket. Norwich opened pool play on June 25 with a thrilling 8-7 victory over the Union-Endicott 12A All-Stars.

COOPERSTOWN — Oxford Pony baseball team put up a good battle but came up short against a strong Cooperstown Pony squad in the high-scoring game that favored Cooperstown 13-6. The game featured plenty of action, with Oxford showing sparks of great offense throughout but struggling to contain Cooperstown’s Offense. Alarik Davenport led Oxford at the plate, going 2 for 3 with a run scored, an RBI, and a walk. He constantly stayed a threat to the opposition.
