Home of Dumplings is the opening that has been generating the most noise, and for good reason. The concept arrives from Berlin, brought to Prague by May Tran of Bistro Večerka and his cousin Trang of the Han Food restaurants. They've set up on the corner of Jiřího z Poděbrad Square with a menu that takes dumplings very seriously indeed: beef, chicken, lamb, shrimp, vegetable, plant-based, kimchi, corn and cheese, or ground beef with melted cheese and jalapeños.
