Federal immigration authorities arrested more than 10,000 individuals for immigration violations from June 26 to June 30, translating to approximately 2,000 arrests per day, according to recent reports. This figure, an increase from 1,283 per day last December, demonstrates the continued commitment of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) push to ramp up deportations and remove the millions of illegal aliens still in the United States.
