The series had a formal premiere on the main networks in Japan on April 3rd, 2022, and Crunchyroll streamed it overseas. We learned during Christmas 2022 that a second season was coming, but it’s been quiet since then.

© 魚豊 ・ 講談社 / 『ひゃくえむ。』 製作委員会 The upcoming anime feature film project Hyakuemu, also known as 100M, is now set for a September 19th, 2025, debut. It’s based on the 2018 manga by Uoto that ran for five volumes before completing in 2019, as serialized through Magazine Pocket. The date announcement came with a new promo and visual below, and GKIDS brought out a subtitled trailer and plans for an October 2025 theatrical release.

The anime adaptation was confirmed in December 2025 with a 2026 debut set. The project has Tadato Suzuki directing it with Koichi Kikuta on the character designs and Asahi Production on the animation production.

©七井海星・講談社／包帯同盟 The manga series Kizuguchi to Hotai is getting an anime adaptation, with it planned for a January 2027 debut. The manga, which translates as Wound and Bandage, comes from creator Umihoshi Nanai which began in 2024 through Comic Days and has five compiled volumes so far. The anime has set Miyuki Ishida to direct it from the scripts by Susumu Yamakawa. Natsuki Oyama is handling the character designs with JC Staff on the animation production.

The first season saw a premiere date of October 8th, 2023, while the second season saw a January 12th, 2025, premiere date.

The light novel series comes from writer Syuu and artist Nanna Fujimi, which began in 2021 and has three volumes out so far. A manga adaptation by Komo Ushino launched in 2022, and both are released in English through Yen Press. With a July 7th, 2026, premiere date, we had Crunchyroll confirm its pickup recently.
