The first in-person FEI Board meeting of the year took place on 30 June and 1 July at the FEI Headquarters in Lausanne (SUI).

The Longines Rankings n 306 for June 2026 have been published here. The American rider Kent Farrington is keeping his first place in the 306th Longines Rankings, as well as Richard Vogel for the second place and Scott Brash for the third place. Stepping in : Julien EPAILLARD (FRA), Daniel BLUMAN(ISR) Dropping out : Laura KRAUT (USA), Steve GUERDAT (SUI) France, Germany and Great Britain have two riders in the top ten of the Longines Rankings.

The FEI Board held an in-person meeting on 30 June and 1 July 2026 at FEI Headquarters in Lausanne (SUI). The main decisions taken by the Board are summarised in this comprehensive wrap-up report.

Please be informed that on 1 July 2026, the FEI Board approved the termination of the Host Agreement for the FEI Endurance World Championship 2026, which had been scheduled to take place in AlUla (KSA) on 28 November. The decision was taken during the Board's in-person meeting further to the Organising Committee, the Royal Commission for AlUla, informing the FEI on 29 June that it was no longer in a position to host the Championship as planned.

On 1 July 2026, during its in-person Board meeting, the FEI Board approved the termination of the Host Agreement for the FEI Endurance World Championship 2026, which had been scheduled to take place in AlUla (KSA) on 28 November. The decision was taken further to the Organising Committee, the Royal Commission for AlUla, informing the FEI on 29 June that, due to the current geopolitical situation, it was no longer in a position to organise the Championship as planned.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new Technical Test exercise for Individual Vaulting as of 1 January 2027. This new exercise, “One arm side stand split”, will replace the current exercise,“Stand Split backwards”. The full description of the exercise is published on the FEI Vaulting Rules page.
