Next peer support session for anyone single and on a fertility journey is on Thursday 30th April at 7.30pm via Zoom. This week we are joined by guest speaker Laura Naylor, registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility, hormone health and IVF support.
HIM Fertility: Lifestyle and Male Fertility
David is the founder of Fertility4Men, a pioneering platform dedicated to supporting men in taking charge of their reproductive health. Having experienced firsthand the emotional isolation, confusion and frustration associated with male infertility David is determined to shift the narrative. Fertility4Men offers the expert advice, practical tools and actionable insights he wished he had from the beginning.
New Research Highlights the Role of Both Partners’ Diet in Fertility
The study followed over 800 women and 600 male partners. It looked at their intake of ultra-processed foods, such as packaged snacks, sugary drinks and ready meals, in the period leading up to conception. Researchers found that: • Higher intake of ultra-processed foods in men was associated with reduced fertility. • Higher intake in women was linked to differences in early embryonic development, including smaller measurements in early pregnancy.

Led by a BANT-registered fertility nutritional therapist, the talk translates the science into simple, realistic actions and recipe ideas you can implement in daily life.
