Fight Aging!

Blog
All in all our relationship with aging leaves much to be desired. A majority of the public thinks of aging as inevitable and even desirable, a fact of life written in stone rather than a medical condition that may one day be curable. Comparatively few people know that the effects of aging can be modestly slowed by lifestyle choices such as calorie restriction, just as is the case for many other medical conditions.
