U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York issued a 67-page decision Tuesday denying Maxwell’s petition for post-conviction relief.

Intuit delivered double-digit revenue and earnings growth in fiscal 2026, but the financial software company gave investors a substantially slower growth forecast for the year ahead, sending its shares sharply lower in after-hours trading. The company forecast fiscal 2027 revenue of $23.279 billion to $23.512 billion, representing growth of 9% to 10%. Two unvaccinated residents of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, have died from measles, the Pennsylvania Department of Health said Tuesday, marking the first measles-associated deaths reported in the United States in 2026. The deaths are also the first measles-related deaths in Pennsylvania in 35 years, according to the state health department. Officials said both victims were unvaccinated and lived in Lancaster County.

Google Pay is finally coming to Walmart, giving millions of U.S. shoppers another way to pay at checkout with a smartphone, smartwatch or contactless card.
