Palestine Liberation Organization (Waldman III), 82 F.4th 64 (2d Cir. 2023) (per curiam). In this appeal, we are once again confronted with difficult questions of sorting out, on summary judgment, whether a police officer's discretionary actions taken in the line of duty deprived a civilian of her constitutional rights and, if so, whether the legality of those actions was sufficiently unclear that the officer is entitled to qualified immunity.
