The Ultimate Guide for Digital Nomads in Costa Rica
Home Blog North America Last updated: 4 min Costa Rica is everywhere in digital nomad rankings. And honestly, that made me skeptical. When a place gets that popular, it often turns into a digital nomad trap. Higher prices, crowded hotspots, and a lifestyle that looks better on Instagram than it feels in real life. Still, I decided to go and see for myself. And once I did, the picture turned out to be more nuanced. What It's Like to Be a Digital Nomad in Costa Rica?

Digital Nomad Guide to Living in Hawaii
Last updated: 10 min Hawaii rarely shows up on "affordable digital nomad destinations" lists, and there's a good reason for that. This place is expensive, logistically tricky, and comes with challenges most travel blogs conveniently skip over. But it also offers something genuinely different for remote workers... If you know what you're getting into. I spent time working from both Oahu and the Big Island, and the experience was complicated.
espresso by Kensington Magnetic Privacy Screen Review
Last updated: 6 min When digital nomads talk about privacy, we usually think about cybersecurity and VPNs. What I hadn’t really thought about though, was how exposed my second screen was in coworking spaces, basically a public TV with every tab visible to whoever sat next to me. As a long-time espresso Display user, I decided to give the espresso by Kensington Magnetic Privacy Screen a try. Here’s what you should know before buying one for yourself.

The visa is designed specifically for digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers, and business owners with income from abroad. This visa lets you stay for 90 days and then you can extend it for 12 months once you arrive. You can even renew it for 12 more months after that, as long as you still meet all conditions.
Airalo China eSIM: Is It Worth It?
Home Blog eSims Last updated: 6 min China is an incredible place to live and travel, but if you work online... The internet will humble you pretty quickly! Google, WhatsApp, Slack, and Instagram are all blocked by the Great Firewall. You can use a VPN, but it often slows things down enough to make work frustrating. I spent three months working remotely in China, tried a few different setups, and eventually used Airalo’s China eSIM (without a VPN!) for the entire trip.
